The pauldrons, bracers, greaves, powerpack and the gun cover were all made from cardboard and drywall compound, with layers of sanding and lacquer in between before the final painting. The chest plate was made from a mold of plaster cloth, coated in bondo and sanded, then painted. The corset was bought, but modified by the addition of the studs and the sleeves, which were sewn by myself. Seals were made from sculpy and cloth. Pants, gloves and boots were bought and unmodified. Man, I wish I had given myself more time to work on this before Megacon. I had to haul my sewing machine and drill and who know what all else with me to work on it the night before at the hotel. The first time I ever put it all on together was Saturday morning in the parking lot of the convention center.. Baaad idea, haha. Ran into a few issues with pieces fitting together, my pauldrons didn't really sit well on my shoulders, they hit the pack and were often knocked around because of it. I also need to find a good way to seal the paint, the pieces of armor rubbing together caused some pretty good damage, as will be seen in the photos. I didn't get to finish it completely, there are several details missing, and I'm hoping to remedy this for the next time I choose to wear the Sister. I am definitely going to be adding padding to several pieces. I actually have bruises on my collar bones from the chest plate, and couldn't wear the outfit again on Sunday. = Oh well, much was learned, and I really enjoyed wearing the costume at Megacon. I'm hoping I will improve it and get to wear it again soon. One thing is for sure, I think I'm taking a break from cosplay with so much armor, though, haha.

- Styling Notes
- Trimmed bangs due to excessive length and also to better have the 'heart' shape I wanted.
