Construction Details:

The outfit was made using my dressform. I made the pattern for the outfit. The top was made from a cotton spandex material. I made a vest for the top. It had two snaps hand sewn on the middle. The frills were made with a shiney lining material. The frills were made first then attached to the outfit. The sheer material for the bottom of the outfit, I just pinned the material to the shirt until I liked the way it looked. The skirt was made from a flowery lace fabric. I made pleats on the skirt as well. The shorts were made from a spandex cotton material and I pinned the fabric to myself and sewed it together.
