Construction Details:

This was a cool cosplay. I was unable to participate because I won at the convention 3 times already :P

The head piece is a plastic fireman's helmet from the dollar store and it has 2 foam water noodles sticking out (also purchased at the dollar store).

I wrapped red and blue battery operated lights to their perspective sides and covered them with red and blue cello plastic paper to resemble fire and ice.

The collar is made out of black craft foam and I used gold sticker to resemble stones.

The head diamond Piece is made our of paper and then I used a blue and red metal gift bag paper and covered the diamond.

The corset is black and I used gold paper from a dollar store gift back. I bought red and green ribbons for the front and cut them to make the shapes.

The torches are batter operated Halloween torches that actually blow air. I attached red and blue cello plastic paper to resemble fire and ice.

I got the red and blue rings at Old navy for $.99 each and the nail polish from wet and wild for $.99 each.

The pants are made out of fabric I bought and the shoes I painted with the same nail Polish I used because I didn't want to spend any more money :P
