Construction Details:

It's my first time sewing a furisode and originally I thought I'd be able to speed through the construction of it if I didn't line it. Sadly, I ended up having to line the entire costume (came to at least 10 meters of white fabric = looked like a mountain of white fabric when not sewn) because it was...(Read More) white and slightly translucent xD" It was definetly a learning experience for me! I didn't really knew how to do the sleeves but ended up figuring it out by seam ripping certain areas and sewing up more areas~ww It's all good :) I guess I could say I'm satisfied with the construction of the furisode. Drew the patterns on the furisode after Sakuracon for our Nuramago group's hanami >A< Was painstakingly time consuming...
