Construction Details:

Shirt and skirt were thrifted and altered. Bracelet and tights were lucky finds in the Target clearance bin. Tie is the same one I used for Shinra, and was shortened. Suspenders were just two straps of some stretchy vinyl-like material stitched onto the skirt. Wig is the same wig I used for Shinra and Phillip, with some extensions added. The cape was the toughest part, because I honestly had no idea how to put it together. It's made of different quilting cottons we had lying around in storage, as well as a few scraps of twill and interfacing. The medallions are made of Model Magic.

Styling Notes

Same wig I used for Phillip and Shinra, with extensions added. To make the extensions, I took another wig, cut it up into wefts, and attached them to alligator clips. Super easy!
