Construction Details:

I was invited to a Meltdown group two weeks before NYCC/NYAF, so I gathered all the black and white fabrics I already had and constructed a Meltdown!Rin. The design was pretty simple, and it fun making the neck choker and glove designs. The hairband was the terrible version I reused from my old Rin outfit xD; I didn't do as neat of a job as I would've liked for the sailor collar (I also rushed to hem the dress the morning of the con xD) but overall it was a very good learning experience putting it together.

Personal Thoughts:

I've been wanting to cosplay Rin's outfit from Meltdown for awhile, but didn't have any opportunities to get to it until NYCC~

Styling Notes

The blond wig I had was originally very pale, so I looked into the ink-dying tutorials to make the colors deeper. The process was fairly simple, and I was able to get the vibrant yellow shade.
