Construction Details:

This costume is primarily made out of foamcore, hot glue, tap led lights, blue led lights for eyes, plastic from TAP plastics, gold shiny paper, spray paint, a few yards of black elastic, and magic (I'm kidding about the magic part).

Also, inside the helmet is a periscope made out of a rear view mirror (I needed a wide mirror so I could see as much as possible), 2 smaller square mirrors, and foamcore to hold it together; my actual eyes are at Panty's faceplate, and it would look weird if I were to just drill holes there; so a periscope was fashioned to look out of Panty's eye sockets.

I traced a pair of stretchy running pants and used that as a pattern :D! The Bitch Commander Panty leggings are made out of bright orange cotton blend spandex. The shirt, I already had in my closet.

Cost was about $80 USD and made in about 2 weeks.
