Construction Details:

Skirt is peachskin. Undershirt and sash made of rayon-spandex knit. T-shirt purchased and altered (neckline and sleeves), then Cthulu-squiddle painted on using Jacquard paint and SUPER NIFTY freezer-paper stenciling technique~

The (white) shoes were bought at WalMart and dyed using Rit dye.

Wands are Susan Bates knitting needles with the ends done in Crayola Model Magic and painted with cheap acrylic paint. XD
