Construction Details:

Shoes: base shoes bought at target; hand painted using acrylic mixed with fabric paint. NO CHIPPING :) Ribbon used as laces.
Skirt: cotton, pleated, zipper in back, straps free handed. No pattern used for skirt. buttons were recycled from an old shirt and hand sewn on.
Shirt: recycled and altered, stripe was painted on.
collar: sewn, stripe was painted on.
Back bow: sewn/hand sewn, attached to shirt/skirt with safety pin. Interfacing was used for stiffness. Same material as skirt.
Front bow: same bow as Sailor Moon costume, hand sewn. -Updated with older bow.Interfacing was used to make it stiff.
Brooch: Heart Craft Foam!
Socks: bought at WalMart.
