Construction Details:

When I was looking through the Project Diva designs I fell in love with this outfit- the colours and design are just beautiful, and I coincidentally already had nearly everything I needed save the red fabric. My only qualm with this costume is that I would have really liked to install EL wire into the shoes, but since I was working with so little time and money when I made this I didn't have a choice. If I ever rewear this in the future I may remake the shoes entirely, but otherwise I'm very happy!
