Construction Details:

This is OLD. I made it with a cotton poly blend. Bad idea. As lovely as it is, it's horrid to wear. I used a normal blouse pattern for the shirt, but no pattern for the skirt which resulted in the skirt being a bit narrow. All the stripes and detail are hand pained and the buttons were made to match the shirt. Though this was worn to Otakon 2004, sadly I have NO picture documentation of this aside from a couple quick shots which were taken directly after the costume was finihed. It was so hot that I ended up going back to the hotel and changing before anyone got the change to take photos. Myself included.
