Construction Details:

Very easy!!!!! made in a day~ Fabric color was hard to find though, so I got it in poly-poplin to match with ycysusan's Howl! This costume was made as a request for her because Howl is one of her dream costumes. I was happy to make this for her! :) Used my own pattern for circle skirt and top~
