Construction Details:

Katsucon 2003 - The attitude that descends when I wear it; the fact that I walk past people and some say "Draco is awesome!" and others say, "Draco is a prick!" and the best yet say, "I WANNA DO YOUR DAD!" Oh, and the fact that I have perfect Draco hair. (Movie Draco, that is.) Also wore this to Nimbus 2003.. boy-oh-boy, what a day.
