Construction Details:

All parts that required sewing were done by me. This included the sailor top, skirt, gun harness, headband, and (rather sloppily done) sword strap. Some people thought I pummeled the making of the outfit the night before the movie premiere, but I was working on Baby Doll for a few months before the premiere with all the reference pictures I managed to scourge off the internet (so much thanks to the availability of references from all angles of the outfit @_@).

Personal Thoughts:

This was done for a friend's Sucker Punch group!! She was looking for a Baby Doll back when Comic Con was originally promoting the movie and I figured Baby Doll had the least amount of leather/grommet/armor/prop work done to her so I volunteered to be her Baby Doll. I had the outfit done for the movie premiere and took it to Anime Conji for something to wear. Then Comic Con rolled around and I had fellow friends with me for group cosplay times!
