Construction Details:

Obviously not me in the pic, this was made for a friend to wear during PAX East. The outfit was modified some to be more modest then the original design. the gold patterning on the top and skirt are all done with ribbon, the gems on the top and earrings are from an old xmas ornament, all the armor is made from craft foam and the jewels on the skirt and gauntlets are made from heavy plastic. the weapon is made from foamcore board then painted, i would have liked to make it light up or at lest a little more fancy but making the weapon was a last minute add as someone else was originally going to do it. each of the 4 blades disconnects from the center piece for easy transport.

Personal Thoughts:

My first time making a costume for someone other then myself and i must say im pretty happy with how it turned out :) My favorite part is actually that the weapon comes apart which i need to get a pic of :x
