Construction Details:

Panty's default dress was one of the first costumes I knew I wanted to finish from the show. I drafted a pattern out of some extra broad cloth I had laying around. I wanted to have the bottom of the skirt flair without the use of a petticoat. After a little tweaking I bought the proper red fabric and began construction. I ended up lining the dress with the same fabric due to my allergies at the time...I didn't want too much going on with the outfit. I'm not too happy with the width of the straps, but I'm not sure if I really want to go thinner.

Personal Thoughts:

I absolutely love Panty and Stocking, especially Panty. I was addicted to the show and the characters from day one. Thankfully I was able to get most everyone I knew into watching it as well and even some friends into cosplaying it with me.
