Construction Details:

Technically I made the bustier many years ago for another costume and I've been using it for various things ever since. Pretty sure the dress was another glorious Target purchase.

Personal Thoughts:

Easy thing I threw together with some friends for a 'street clothes' Sailor Moon group. I forgot how totally shot that wig was after the Poker Face skit and chucked it in the trash after this shoot.
