While most of the outfit fell into place, the skirt was the hardest aspect of the cosplay due to the colors needed in plaid. Panty school girl cosplayers have it easy, let me tell you. Regardless, I managed to hunt down some fabric that had a remotely similar color scheme, made the skirt, and decorated that and the cuffs of the jacket, with lace (my favorite touch).
