Construction Details:

I got this costume online, originally, to be joke-ish with my roommate who has been continuously cosplaying Winry since 2009.

The first version was shoddy, but the second version (that was used in the photoshoot) took a lot more time. The binding is awful, but I eventually looked past that. I painted the boots, made the belt (from upholstery fabric), and ghetto-rigged a few items to make automail. It was half-bought and half-dreamed up and executed.

First time I wore Ed was at Anime Boston 2010, last time at NYCC/AF 2010. He's 90% retired, only called out as a back-up if something goes horribly awry.
