Construction Details:

Okay, I have to admit Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt is a guilty pleasure of mine. It is so goofy, and I love the animation style. Tranquility and I decided to cosplay Panty and Stocking from the episode "...Of The Dead" where they are zombie butt-kicking Police-For-A-Day.

I made my wig from two different extra long wigs. I bought a dark pink for the bottom layer, and a dark blue/black mix for the top layer. The police uniform top is made from a white cotton material, and the shorts are made from a fancy somewhat shiny dark blue fabric we found. I made the suspenders and arm bands using studs, suspender clips, and black stretchy trim. Tranquility modified the hats using cheap plastic police costume hats and the same blue fabric as our uniforms. Everything else I was able to purchase or borrow. These were quick, cute, and comfortable costumes!

Tranquility and I also put together two other Panty and Stocking costumes - Bunny Suits and Zombie Police.

Styling Notes

My wig is two wigs sewn together. I like the added thickness of double wigs for this costume, since Stocking has a TON of hair.
