Construction Details:

The hat features a fosshape skull cap that keeps the hat structured and smooth against my head. The ears are stuffed with poly fill and have wire in them to help them stay upright. Feather boas were sewn together to create the ear puffs. The gold piping was made by hand. The suit was made out of wet look red spandex and metallic blue spandex. The eyelets were hammered into the garment. The hip puffs were made out of felt "pillows" covered in marabou boa. The gloves and cape both have foamies and aluminum wire armatures to help them keep their shape. Gems were made out of model magic. The face paint was a combination of Krylon Aquacolor and Supracolor. It worked out amazingly.

Personal Thoughts:

I have always wanted to create this costume ever since I saw the character. She is so bright and fun looking. A group of friends wanted to make some Chrono Cross costumes so I took the opportunity to strike this one off of my to-do list. I love how it turned out!
