Construction Details:

I really put some oomph into my first cosplay! I patterned and made everything from scratch. The body suit I made has a built in bra, which I love. I strung all the beads, where ever they are. The beaded headband clips into the wig wefts on either side. I did not feel confident at this point to make thigh high boot covers like in the actual Rydia artwork, so I just made small boots for this. I was okay with that as a decision. All of the stars everywhere are stenciled and painted on in varying sizes. Not sure what else to mention, but I love this costume.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first cosplay, besides my dabble in 2002! Woohoo! I was supposed to do this costume with a friend who was doing Rosa, but I wound up having to do this on my own, which was fine. I wore this costume for an entire con weekend, and it was great. That was before I did more than one costume for a con hehe. How simple :p
