Construction Details:

I kind of slammed this thing together the Monday before the convention. It's made out of suede and twill so it feels AWESOME. The shoulder pads and belt are just craft foam and the cape is attached with velcro.

Personal Thoughts:

I love Silver and everything he does so I knew I'd have to make his Team Rocket outfit from the manga. He's so much fun.
