Construction Details:

Ran out of time and fabric, so the skirt has no waistband and actually has a small section of lining missing, haha. This was a hilarious rush job, but just needed to poop out costumes for both of us, since we just wanted to burn our WCS stuff. Didn't want to judge the WCS preliminaries in old costumes.
