I made this costume in a day(friday of Naka-kon), i used a pattern for the shirt and vest and altered them, and BS-ed my way through making my shorts. the hat was made out of craft foam. I think the easiest part of the costume was making the ruffles xD I will redo this costume later and remake the entire thing.....i hate my shorts. The mask was fun to make though ^^
