Construction Details:

Modified a chinese dress pattern. Free handed pattern for sash. Pants are white scrub pants. Wig purchased off eBay. Shoes were slightly modified and hand dyed. Pipe is a wooden dowel and cup covered in model magic with a cigarette holder on the end. Hand-painted.
