Construction Details:

This was an old-lady suit from Goodwill. I hemmed the knee-length skirt, then used the scraps to make a jaunty chapeau (aka cute hat!) Easy peasy, work-appropriate Halloween costume. That's my husband, Agent Bishie on ACE, as Clark Kent.
