I raided Dr. Hikaru's closet.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Dr. Hikaru and I wanted to do some cute photos as Rei and Usa for Valentine's Day. Also served as a wig and makeup test for future cosplays. (Of course with a different Usagi wig in the future!) Make-up done by Dr. Hikaru-pants.
