Construction Details:

I threw this together pretty quickly with left over fabrics from the Code Geass costumes my roommate and I did. I ended up pleating about 19 yards of tulle to make the petticoats for me and also for my Stocking. Each petticoat is then 22 layers thick! The plastic hearts are made with fillable plastic heart ornaments, the insides of which were spray painted and then filled with spray foam. A piece of poster board with a pin backing was glued over the foam to attach them to the costumes.

Styling Notes

I got a Cosworx Rose 2nd hand and the bangs were chopped, so I had to hunt down another wig in the same color and sew more hair into the wig. Fun!
