Really cute artwork version of Megurine Luka. I couldn't ignore this outfit, it's just too cute! REFERENCE: http://s221.photobucket.com/albums/dd2/Crystalike/?action=view¤t=1277317021492.jpg I had to rush a lot of stuff, but some of it was bought, like the lace tank top and the top pink overshirt was originally long and cream colored. I shortened it and dyed it pink in the hotel sink. X_x The wig was bought from a user on cosplay.com. It's heat resistant, lovely thick, and really nice looking! The skirt was a elastic waistband skirt with two layers, and the scallops were done by fray checking the edge with a spray and then cutting out each scallop. The cute flowery fabric was bought off of eBay. I thought the pattern would be larger, but alas, going off of pictures and not the real thing screwed me over a bit. The red scrunchie thing is a strip of red velvet with elastic tied through it. The headband is a strip of tan fabric with cluny lace sewn to it. Jewelry: Earrings are craft foam flowers glued to clip ons, and the necklace is a silver chain with a craft foam flower glued on strung through a favorite pearl necklace. Shoes: ran out of time and money, so I had to paint these old shoes I found in my garage. They're wayyy too big for me. Next time I wear this costume I'll get good shoes. Ankle straps are gray pleather with velcro and the flowers are craft foam again. :D Cute outfit, simple, comfortable, and not that recognized so I can run around in a con in cosplay and not get stopped all the time. Yay! XD
