Construction Details:

The skirt, vest, tie, scarf, and headpiece are all handmade, though none of it was very complicated. The LEDs are just battery powered chains from Fred Meyer. There are two white chains in the scarf with battery packs on either end and one colored chain for both pigtail... thingies.

Personal Thoughts:

I don't usually include non-specific Vocaloid costumes, but I decided to count this one because so much of it was handmade. I was inspired by various fanart that had Miku dressed up for Christmas with her pigtails decorated like Christmas trees. That wasn't really feasible, so I opted to pile a bunch of light up glittery crap on my head. I enjoy tacky Christmas things, so this was really fun! Styling Notes

Wig bangs were cut by my awesome real-hair stylist back when I first got it. I later hot-water straightened the side pieces because I didn't like the way they curled originally.
