Construction Details:

I made every part of this costume.. except for the pants and the boots. The Hat and Arm guards are both constructed of a plastic mesh sewn into the right shape around a wire frame all covered in fabric. The armor was a very complicated process...involving plastic 2litre coke bottles...Spackle canvas gesso, plaster gauze, duct tape...sanding...and lots of spray paint!

The Sword is made of wood and the details are various things (plastic tubing) the skull ornament was hand made from Water putty poured into a mold pressed from a plaster carving ... @_@ complicated I said!...XD

The only easy part...was his hair...It's just my hair X'D...
