Construction Details:

I get the most questions about the hat so I'll describe that. I found a football helmet that was a bit big for my head, got a huge block of foam and shaped/sculpted it for what seems like years. It's a huge mess!! Once I got the foam fitted around the helmet I also shaped the eyes out of foam. Used a bit of cotton to line the outside and lots of hot glue. I covered it with felt and hot glued that too so it would seem seamless. I drew the eyes on regular paper and but it behind a fiberglass cover I bought that was the perfect shape! Pretty much it...I might make ONE for commission just so I can take pictures and make instructions for it step by step. Sorry if this isn't detailed enough :(
