Construction Details:

I made the top part and the skirt separate. the top was made by a altered fitted top and the skirt was gathered to create the fluffy effect. The blue ribbon was safety pinned to criss cross (like shoelace!) behind my back so i can also get out of the costume and not be trapped in it forever, and the leg ribbons was taped to my leg to prevent it from falling off!!

Personal Thoughts:

great comfortable costume to wear, also great for Halloween club ;)))
