Construction Details:

Bubble skirt + ruffles underneath! This is actually constructed really stupidly because idk how to do things or something, but it looks nice on the outside :D My favorite part is the shirring in the back (not shown) because then i didn't have to deal with zippers (which i hate) & it makes it look somewhat professional.
