Construction Details:

The shirt was a PAIN to make. I even cringe thinking about it.

Taking a pattern's smallest blouse size, drawing it to be 2 sizes smaller, and then slashing off the sleeves and altering the collar wasn't fun .____. Neither was hand cutting the lace (oh my god, never again).

Pleated skirts are pleated skirts are pleated skirts. Easy peasy.

Stockings were made of spandex. Used Pixiekitty's tutorial for making the headphones.

Personal Thoughts:

I am in love with Miku, but I'm ashamed my costume quality doesn't show that. I even painted my room teal! Her character design is what drew me in and her songs kept me staying <3

Styling Notes

Parted and stubbed. NEVER AGAIN. I vow to always buy from eBay whenever possible.

Used Katie Bair's parting and stubbing tutorial, then took advice from Kukkii-san in using foamcore for the pigtails.
