About this Costume
- Construction Details:

Shirt was a military shirt that was altered to fit and to suit the correct style. Patch on the shirt was made with good 'ol heat and bond. Skirt is just you basic knife pleated skirt. Socks and bangles were purchased. Tie was purchased and then dyed green to match. Shoes and other "props" were borrowed from Dr. Hikaru.
