Construction Details:

Pants and both shirts were bought in a thrift store, with the two shirts being modified to add correct shape/color. Gloves and boots are mine, and the bullets are extra ammo from the Nerf minigun set. The sandvich is made of fleece and stuffed with standard plush stuffing. Since I'm not a giant russian man, I took a few liberties with the design: I've seen one fem!Heavy design where she is wearing a backbrace, and another where she had long sleeves. I liked these designs and pulled those elements. Putting the symbol on the back brace was my call, mostly because my last-minute work dictated that I had no other way of getting the symbol on the costume.
