Construction Details:

I intended to cosplay Hikaru a long time ago, and held it off. Then I found out about a Ghetto Cosplay event, and since I already had all I needed around the house, I set to making it. Rules stated you couldn't sew or buy anything so I had to make do with what I had, and some good glue. This is the end result...it's ghettofabulous!
