Construction Details:

I made this costume forever and a day ago... It's made out of cotton fabric from Joann's. (I had no idea what stretch vinyl was at the time...) I altered shorts and jacket patterns and trimmed down knee high boots. I trimmed the wig a bit (replaced a horrible purple one that I first wore) and altered a shirt I found at good will for the red jacket. I love the thigh highs because they stayed up great the whole time I was wearing the costume. This one is pretty much retired into just a Halloween costume now.
