Construction Details:

Used red preimer velvet from JoAnns for the dress. Added some heart rhinestones down the center for a glittery touch. Modified a princess seam dress into a halter top and circle skirt. The dress is lined with maroon lining. Shoes are borrowed from my lolita Ranka outfit. Gold cord borrowed from my Live for Venus costume for a belt. Gold bangles from Forever 21. Added red rhinestones to large gold hoop earrings. 2-tier necklace from Angelic Pretty. Used Ikariya's weapon tutorial (http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=225879) to trace the parts for Backlace, but made it solid out of 6/4 layers of foam-core board and foamies.

Personal Thoughts:

Wait till you see my Backlace~!! ;) decked out with glitz and bling! and f-Miffy!

Styling Notes

Trimmed and layered the wig into about 4 tiers. Used Epic-Cosplay wig curling tutorial to make the curls. Curled the bangs to flare out.
