HI I'VE NEVER MADE A DRESS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. 8D like seriously hahahhahaha. The bodice is a seperate piece from the skirt, and the skirt is (including the hoopskirt and petticoat) 5 layers of fabric 8D I've never put boning in a costume or gathered fabric or made a big dress or made a hat (mine turned out SHIIIIIITTYYYYYY) so like...lol whatever it looks like crap I don't careee.
