Construction Details:

This was a super last minute cosplay. I found out that there was an OCAG picnic the next day. I had everything laying around the apartment. So, the only thing I had to make was the blue jumper and her hair ornaments. The jumper was pretty easy to make. The only thing that gave me issue was that I ended up getting too little fabric and had to work around that. And I made the strapts a bit too long...nothing some safety pins can't fix. The hair pieces were made of craft foam, painted with red liquid RIT fabric dye (didn't have any other red), white fabric paint and some modpodge to make it glossy and dry faster. Attached them to some hair-clips I found laying around.
