Construction Details:

This version is only in a few episodes of the series, when Yusei goes undercover under the alias "Daniel" XD I used an adult cat/bear/etc costume pattern as the base for the orange jumpsuit. Hat was from Hobby Lobby, and I made matching patches for the hat and jumpsuit using fabric, heat n bond, lots of satin-stitching. I got an entirely new wig for this costume because there was no way I was going to crush the spikes of my normal Yusei wig with the hat. I was totally fine with the investment though because I can now use this same wig for the Duel Runner helmet too.
