Construction Details:

The reason I decided to go with a silver instead of the beige-yellow color is because beige-yellow/olive tends to bring out my yellow skin colour ^^" It washes me out which is why I've went with a silver instead. There's actual reference pictures out there that depict Rin's costume to be silver anyways. Decided to go with that instead~ Anyways, I sewed this costume in the span of 24 hours whole-- was so tired by the end but knew I needed to finish for a Type-H group cosplay I was involved in for Aki-Con. The costume is a bit showy so I'm not too sure if I'll ever rewear it. Though I've recently found the missing red chain at a local store that I didn't have for the photoshoot so I may consider a revenge cos in the future? :P
