Construction Details:

The shirt is a navy polo shirt purchased from Land’s End, with a golden-yellow kona cotton star appliquéd on. This was my first attempt at appliquéing anything. It turned out a little messy, but I didn’t bother worrying about it too much since this version of Yoko is a rocker, so being a little messy hopefully shouldn’t be terrible, haha. The skirt was also purchased from Land's End. The tie was purchased from Hot Topic. The belt was purchased from HotBuckles.com. The skull buckle is made of Model Magic and painted with acrylic paint. It’s currently more of a pin than an actual belt buckle, so I have to fix that. I made the wristbands out of 2” polypropylene webbing. One is navy studded with silver ½” pyramid studs, the other is plain red. They both have functioning snaps. The thigh-highs were purchased from WeLoveColors.com. The boots purchased from Hot Topic. I still need to paint the red stripes on the sides. Currently, the guitar Guitar Hero controller with a replacement strap made of 1” pink polypropylene webbing. I would very much like to get an actual guitar, but I have to find one for the right price.
