Construction Details:

I decided to pick the fabric based on the color as opposed to the pattern, which is why it's checkered instead of plaid. But Himaruya changes his designs so often, who even knows. This was my first time making my own pleated skirt. And of course it had to be box pleats. There is a zipper in the back, plus snaps. The shoulder straps snap on and off as well. The black buttons are actually some buttons I had removed from a jacket that I sacrificed to the cosplay gods (Haru's Choice uniform).
