Construction Details:

BLAZBLUEEEE BOBBIE LADY. You know, I like Litchi. She's a cool character and a little bit OP, and she's a classy dame even though her tits are hanging out. This costume was not fun to make. It involved a lot of mitered corners that I'm not used to doing. And rushed. Did I mention this was rushed? Finished it in about three days, less than a week before the con. Hah. Hah. Hah. Weapon/Panda made by 4ng31. Rest was all me, baby.
