Construction Details:

Craft foam is the best. To glam it up I used glitter black. The black is sticky backed. So I cut out 4 black wing pieces (2 sides for each wing) and cut out the yellow shape, then just peel and stick the black on. The earphone part it a black plastic cup. I ran out of time so the detail is a bit of a rush- not how I want it to look. That will be redone for the next time I wear these. The glow sticks add the touch I wanted.

Personal Thoughts:

I have glitter every place now!!! I used these for the formal masquerade ball at AAC 2010. I had a simple black dress and thought this will dress it up a bit. Being on staff for the event means I don't get a lot of time to dress my self for the event. So anything simple and easy to wear works great.
