Construction Details:

The dress was simple to make, I added wire at the bottom to make it flare out. I made boot covers for the shoes so I could have the curl at the end. The hat is made from thick construction paper as the base with wire around the top and covered it in fabric. It made it pretty lightweight to wear considering how big it is. I used a purple wig from a previous costume and added extensions for the front and wrapped more extensions around wire to make the big curls. It was a fun costume to wear.
